I have missing icons in my good Lock and good labs isn't working

Samsung labs you mean? it's working great for me. the missing icons in Goodlock could be the apps that are not compatible with the beta

Goodlocks apps aren't exactly working with beta. it's in the notices.

Good Lock will be updated once the beta is over per Samsung.

yes, good lock is not compatible with android 10 yet. you should uninstall your good lock apps until samsung releases the android 10 version.
