I am having something similar when ever I am writing with the Spen or have the keyboard to type on a pop-up window.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

I'm having the same flicker on my home screen. I cleared cache partition and rebooted. still happening

you might be experiencing bug with dark mode. it only happens to me when "apply to wallpaper" is selected. I think instead of dark mode always being applied to the wallpaper it's glitching out. try to turn the option off and see if it resolves the issue for you.

I was running Nova Launcher while this was happening, so I uninstalled it and it didn't do it, so I'm assuming it was an issue with Nova Launcher
