Snapchat notification issues anyone else?

I've noticed in beta 7 Snapchat and some other apps don't show me notifications anymore. I have to open the app for it to show me updates to my feed and when I receive messages.

I had this issue with the previous build. it was a issue with snap chat once they updated it I was getting notifications again.
