it's only available if your carrier enabled it through their end. unlocked phones don't have video call enabled. Wish they did though.

I'm still able to make video calls. What's your phone and carrier. I'm on an S10PLUS on tmobile

They need to allow it on unlocked phones

i learned if the software on the phone is BETA it will not do extended carrier services (voice over lte, video) until the softare is "official" on the phone and recognized by the carrier.
