I believe that Google will implement that as a standard messaging system throughout android as a whole on android 10. but I got the beta active on my note 10+. so far I like it. but others needs to have duo active in order to do video chatting, which in my opinion, is horrible compared to iMessage and facetime

google it. also google how to set it up. it's a sort of complicated process, but I've got it running on my phone and 2 of my employees, it works great. Just be sure to take your time and READ everything.
