download Android Messages, join the beta, takes a couple of minutes to fully update, when finished installing, accept, go to settings in the app, chat features, toggle on, done. it really only works well if the person you are chatting with also has it on their phone. You can send big file, original picture doesn't compress the picture, sent a 4 minute video to my brother!

I would like to see the default Samsung messages app support RCS. That would be great. Using Google Messages breaks call & message continuity.

I've tried those, I've tried just about every video I've seen on it, just keeps showing the "verifying number" thing. I've fine it with Nova Launcher, I've tried it with OneUI, I've tried it with the Jibe line, nothing has worked, I've pretty much given up and will wait until it's official

I've seen that this is coming to android messages by the end of the year which is sooner than expected. This is a feature enabled in the app itself it won't have anything to do with android or One UI
