Anyone else have this issue? Apps run great, fast as usual, but the home screen transition from the lock screen and the scrolling to different home screen pages is very laggy and rough. It's not smooth as it is on my moms note 10+ running One UI 1.

Yes, I've seen the same.

I haven't experienced that at all. Each transition seems very smooth and snappy. I do however have all animations set to 0.5 in developers options. I also reboot my device at least once per day which I think helps clear the cache and any oddball occurrences.

I'll set mine back to 1.0 and see if I experience it. 0.5 might be to quick of a transition to see it glitching

I've had my transitions back to 1.0 and everything is buttery. You guys might want to report a bug if you're still laggy.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

I saw something similar, very laggy home screen animations. It ended up being directly related to the Norton Service, if you happen to use that app. Disabling it fixes the lag. I already reported it as a bug, and I wouldn't be surprised if other background services could cause similar issues...
