Some of my good lock apps are not working. Lock screen and homescreen are flickering. Dim and bright.

Good Lock isn't supported by the Android 10 OS as of yet. I'd advise uninstalling it and all of its plugins until further notice.

what about Galaxy Labs, should that also be uninstalled?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are unable to support Good lock on Android 10 at this time. We will update you if that changes.
