Yea, I answered a question that a user had here where Samsung suggested clearing the cache with their standard post. Funny thing is, there was no problem at all, it was a normal Android thing.

I appreciate that you listen, I just wish you would took a more active role. It feels robotic and is rather discouraging. Normally I have a hard time scolding or criticizing people, but I really feel like you could've done a lot better. It wasn't very rewarding to be part of this program because of how passive everything was. It was interesting and I'm glad I could get my opinion and feedback in there, but that's it.

I want everyone to feel appreciated for their feedback and suggestions. When I saw the same copy and pasted message on almost everything, it just made me irritated.
