I have tried a number of of known remedies but failed,  there is an issue with processing data over wifi including: the oneui beta app and a number of 3rd party apps,  sometimes I can turn off wifi , open the app and when it loads up enable wifi again, no error report

WiFi speed is really bad. I have 950Mbps of bandwidth but apps are locking up and a speed test shows throughout rapidly falling as the test runs. The up/down arrows near the WiFi icon are almost always on.

i have had similar issues with wifi, and i always wipe the cache in recovery after a new update. I tried wiping cache again after 4 days of issues and it seems resolved now.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

Maybe it would be better if Samsung could fix their obvious cache problem?
