Chrome Cast keeps turning on.

I bought this A72 Samsung from jbhi as soon as I set it up the chrome cast appears. It sometimes disappears but it freezes my phone.

I've had samsung look at it they couldn't find out what it is.

I've been back into jbhi they can't help me.

It won't even allow me to factory reset it just kicks me off the page every time. Please help......

If Chrome Cast is listed in your apps Serrings, Apps" find in it where it lists either Disable or Force Stop". When you want Chrome Cast find it in your swipe down list, clicking on it will restart it, but after you will have to stop it again

I should have added, if you can get to the app clear the caches. Also Google starting in safe mode.
