Had the worst experience with yesterday's software update. Lost a lot of information and folders I had saved to home page. Contacted samsung & they advised update could not be reversed now could they retrieve my information. Hours & hours of work lost. Pretty piss poor when you are dealing with a tech company.

Samsung AccountHi @MG73, I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the latest update. Did you have your data saved to a cloud such as OneDrive or to your computer via Smart Switch?

No I didn't because the folders had Web browser links in them for fast access. I will however from now on use the smart switch option however I should NOT have my data tampered with or settings due to an upgrade. If an upgrade has gone wrong then you should be able to reverse this to avoid such nuisance in future. I was on phone with customer service rep for over an hour trying to work it out. Worst upgrade to date. Will not be doing future updates!
