I am having problems where if I go to put in a password it's coming up with the Samsung password "files" rather than the Google one , which has all my passwords. If I don't use the Samsung one, when I go to enter another one, the old one comes up on a black screen with the old one! I then have to "file exit" then go back to the new one and do it again.

Also a black screen comes up before the locked screen. Never had that before.

Are you referring to passwords saved in your Google account? You can access these via your Google Chrome browser.

Hi Laura, yes I know that, but they used to come up automatically on the screen as I went to login to something. They don't anymore. I had a look and it's made the Samsung one the default one to come up. I can understand why of course but all mine are in the Google one. I had a TIA so I need to keep using the same things.

I finally rang Samsung tech and they fixed the 4 problems since the update. Wonderful people and you don't have to wait for an hour just to be answered. Can't thank Gilbert enough.
