More specifically, The Samsung Reward Certificate code after purchasing the Fold 4. I did not use it at time of purchase.

I assume that's an eVoucher code right and you bought your phone here in AU?
I'm just asking because there might be an expiration on that code, you need to check your email (if you received it from there).
