Bought a phone with samsung care+ before even leaving shoping centre returned phone buying a different one still a samsung, couldnt swap care+ in store they said i had to call up to get it swaped. Spent half the day trying and failing to get it swaped over. Gave up and have asked for them to canel and get a refund as i cannot even benefit from the service as i dont own the phone its conected to (hadn't even taken it out of the box) but they say they are unable to do refunds or cancel the service. i advise NEVER purchasing samsung care+ i only hear bad things about it even looking at what other customers have been posting. the coustomer service for it is useless and a waste of time.
Normaly i wouldn't bother posting such things but i am frustrated and hope others can see this and might think twice before purchasing care+
