I have just purchased Samsung Care + doe my new s24 ultra. It is not displaying anywhere that I have received this service, no email was sent besides the invoice that has no order number or subscription # to use if I actually want to sign in to claim anything. What the hell is this?

Just sign in the samsung account that you just bought the Samsung Care + with the S24 phone. You will see the Samsung Care + option in About phone menu.

Did you put the correct IMEI when you purchased Samsung Care +? If yes, it should be appear soon no worry.

Here is a note from samsung that I found in Samsung Care wesbite: Samsung Care + is available up to 30 days after you purchase a Samsung mobile phone.

I took the free 1 year option when I Pre-ordered, and the email was picked up by the spam filter.
