To submit a service request, you’ll need your 15-digit IMEI number ready. Here’s how to find it.
Method 1
Dial *#06# from your phone.
Your IMEI number will appear on your screen.
Method 2
On your phone, go to Settings and then tap About phone.
Look for your IMEI number on the screen.

The protection plan is eligible for new devices (within the purchased period of 14 days) from the date of purchase. If you device Galaxy Note10 is not newly purchased device, we regret to inform that you will not be eligible to subscribe to Samsung Care+.

Samsung Care+There is a purchase window of 14 days to be eligible to sign up for Samsung Care+ protection plan.
We regret to inform that your Samsung Galaxy Note20 ultra that was purchased last year will not be eligible to subscribe to Samsung Care+.
