Anyone get the RM500 voucher with 1 year Samsung Care+?
I have redeemed the voucher but my Samsung Care+ wait for 1 month also not yet enter the system. I had emailed customer service, called customer service and went to Samsung Service Center, nobody can give me a solution. So disappointed.
Get the samsung care phone number from the samsung experience store. After calling them, they escalated to samsung hq and it was activated after 1 day.
I had sent them a lot of emails, went to service center and called to Samsung care then still cannot settle my problem. Samsung care asked me email my problem because they hv no power to settle this problem. At last i email them and give them a due date, if not I will complain to KPDNHEP if my screen anything happen and I am not allow to claim the Samsung Care+. So they act it fast and now my Samsung Care+ is already key in into their system.
