Samsung note 9 can't ON Wi-Fi Bluetooth and Hotspot

Hi everyone 

Anybody who can solve the problem of my Samsung note 9 can't turn on wifi .Bluetooth..and hotspot... 

What do you think the problem is?

Looks like a hardware failure as all 3 features comes from one single chip. Anyway, have you tried a full reset and also factory reset?
