We are sorry to hear this issue from you and appreciate your efforts in trying all the possible troubleshooting steps. Kindly check the below steps and see if they might help to reconnect again.
Check the Cable and Connection: If you’re using a USB-C to HDMI cable, try another one, as not all cables work consistently with DeX. Ensure the cable is fully seated in both the phone and TV ports.
Restart Both Devices: Power off both the TV and your S23 Ultra, then turn them back on. This can reset any temporary connection issues.
Check for Overheating: Running DeX can heat up the phone, especially if you’re multitasking. If your phone is warm, let it cool down and try again.
Clear Cache for Samsung DeX: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung DeX > Storage, then select Clear cache. This might fix any temporary app glitches.
Try a Different HDMI Port or TV: If the issue persists, try another HDMI port on the TV or, if possible, test on a different TV to narrow down whether it’s the TV or the phone.
