Hello!

I use Samsung DeX with HDMI cable to my monitor.
I have Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G with Android 11 and UI 3.1.
When I share screen with Google Meet or Zoom with participants, it is the monitor screen that is shared.

Today, I got Android 12 with One UI 4.0 and it is the phone screen that is shared.
I can no longer share monitor screen.
Is there a bug of One UI 4.0?

Thank you very much.

P.S. This is the same problem as last year when I switch to One UI 3.0

Hi, I suggest you to try the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below.

Turn off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.

When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition".

Press Bixby / Power key to select.

Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.

When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Hi benlebo, We request you to register an Error Report from the Samsung Members app by attaching the system logs.

Open the Samsung Members app>> Menu >> Support >> Send feedback >> Error Report >> Send system log file.

With these logs, our team could analyze the performance and errors on the device and if there is anything related to the Samsung update that you have installed recently, we would push a fix through an update.
