Free Weights Tracking

Health app can track weight machines exercise. App needs a free weights tracking option. Am I missing that option somewhere?

Thanks for your question! At this time, Samsung Health doesn’t offer detailed tracking for free weight exercises like sets, reps, or specific lifts. You can log general strength training manually, but for more advanced tracking.
