Health monitor not available to install on my S21 ultra

Although phone was bought in Pakistan, where service is not activated but my simcard and watch bought in Australia. Anyway around this.

It's more the phone that's important. You'll have to wait until Pakistan allows Health monitor to be activated. This is because it's a health product so their equivalent of the Australian TGA needs to approve that function.
