Samsung HealthHi @Sprat, that's odd. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Clearing cache data from the app: To do this, click on Settings > Apps > click on the symbol next to the Your apps heading > toggle on Show system apps and click Okay > scroll down and click on Bluetooth > Storage > click to Clear cache and Clear data.
- Restarting your phone in Safe Mode: Information about how to enable and disable Safe Mode can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/using-safe-mode/
If you can see that there is no longer a problem in Safe Mode, then a third part app is interfering with the phone's functionality. You will need to identify and remove the third party app before you are able to use the phone functionality again. To exit safe mode, please restart the phone.
Let us know how you go, @Sprat!
