Samsung HealthHi Jackmay, We would like to make sure if the notification is from Samsung Health or any third party application. I suggest you please reboot your device in safe mode and check if you getting this kind of notifications. It would be helpful if you can do a short video clip showing where the notification is redirecting and share it with us.

Samsung HealthHi Jackmay, To enter safe mode, you need to completely power off the phone. Then, power on the phone, and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.

We have reported the issue to our related team and the warning has been sent to the according user who sent the inappropriate challenge invitation.
Please follow below steps to block the challenge invitation
Samsung Health > Together > Tap according challenge tile (Please do not tap 'Decline' or 'Accept') > 3 dots on top-right corner > Block.
Once you block the challenge, you can automatically block all of the challenge invitations created by according inappropriate user.
Please check the settings below again to restrict the challenge invitations.
- Samsung Health > More (Three horizontal bars) > Settings > Receive challenges from > Please select Friends or No one.
