Samsung Health
Hi again,
I'm thinking of upgrading my Samsung fit to a Galaxy watch 5.
Will my health data stay the same or will I lose previous data? (Steps/exercise/target reached etc)

Hi Ajos88,
As long as you have it synced to your phone and Samsung Health app, this app holds all your health data and will continue on.
I have data from 2018 in my Samsung Health app when I bought the first series Galaxy Watch 46mm. When I upgraded to the Watch4 Classic, all I had to do was connect the device to my phone using the wearables app and I was off and running (so to speak 😅).

Hi Dietta,
Thanks so much for your response.
I have very similar amount of data that I don't want to lose so that's good to hear it will still transfer if it's been synced to the app.
Thanks so much for your help 🙂
