Samsung HealthHi @Dutchie28, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. What device do you have that you're experiencing this issue with?
Here are some steps you can try:
- Please check if there's a pending update of Samsung Health App.
- Clear cache. To do this go to Settings> Apps> Samsung Health> Storage> Clear cache. If the issue still persist, choose the ''Clear data''.
-Uninstall/reinstall the app through Settings> Apps> Samsung Health> Uninstall. Then to install through Galaxy Store. Please note that doing this can lead to previous data being lost.

Samsung HealthThank you for your response. I did not mention this, but I actually did all those things as well as I found them on the internet.
The one thing I did not do is reinstall the app. I will try that and see how I go.
