I'm not sure what happened to my steps records ..... It seems it has been wiped before Dec. 9th, 2022...... I even tried restoring data nothing happened.... I haven't heard back from Samsung since sending this issue to Samsung on Dec. 9th, 2022.

Don't know if you'll ever be able to recover the Health Data before December 9th, but you could try this. 

  • Sync Samsung Health 
  • Go to Settings > Apps & Search for Samsung Health, Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app.
  • Reboot & Sync Samsung Health again. 

See if Samsung Health Restores the Data?

I did the above and now I don't have any access to samsung health. This is annoying. Andriod phone is annoying. Ugh.

Both. I can't open it and bc of error. The network issue is baffling bc I'm able to access other apps and such. Very frustrating

Try Uninstalling & Reinstalling Samsung Health.

You might not be able to post screen shots because you are relatively new to Samsung Members?
