Samsung HealthI also having 3rd party sync delay after Sept 28th Samsung Health update.
I have tried wipe cache partition, clear data and cache for Samsung Health and 3rd party app. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung Health...still not resolve the problem. Maybe need to wait for next update to resolve the problem.

Samsung HealthYes! Annoying. I tried to edit. Said I slept 0 minutes in 1969. Which is facts because I wasn't alive, but annoying. Any luck with it yet?
