Unable to send private message to participate event

I need help on changing my private message setting from private to public, I've been searching and found no solution. My samsung Community on PC drop down menu doesn't show message, only : My profile, My settings, Notifications, My subscriptions and Sign out.

You can head over to your Samsung Members app > Community (bottom middle) > Tap on your ID name > Direct Message
