Not able to redeem earbuds live on Shoppee 11.11 redemption, CS refuses to give me earbuds when I checked with customer service since they told me I didn't check out with it, there was no indication in description to check out with earbuds + phone only . The other products I just submitted a redemption online but I am just missing the earbuds.
horrible experience with my first time buying Samsung, feeling a little cheated, will not be repurchasing Samsung.
Since it comes along with the purchase, is it not part of the purchase/ promotion itself? Some of us purchase because of this deal that was offered to us in the first place.
Why is it that some customers do not get it even though they paid the same price? We don't mind to be put on a waiting list, just want to receive what we wanted to get when making the purchase.
