Samsung Online StoreHi! Can I ask how long did you wait to receive your s22 ultra exclusive colour from the day you placed an order?
Currently my status is showing On the Way, but different staff from different call providing different answer.
1st caller: Currently send to logistic partner
2nd caller: unable to track where's my phone
3rd caller: The phone is still under production
Not sure who is right.
