Samsung customer service is very incompetent. I'm waiting for a return slip to be emailed to me for nearly 3 weeks now. Long story short I ordered the wrong size smart cover with my S22 ultra. After many calls and live chats they send an email with instructions how to send it back for a refund. They mentioned they will email a return slip in another email and that's it!!! The last email was on 14th March and since then I sent them numerous emails, calls, live chats asking for the return slip. Till now nothing. Very disappointed!!!
