Anyone else really annoyed at the waiting for approval problem with online orders? 

I placed my order last Saturday and my order has spent the entire week waiting for approval. We have called support 4 times and was promised multiple emails about the status of our order but received nothing. The worse part was that no one could tell why our order wasn't being processed, like they wouldn't let us approve it which is what I have done in the past. I'm just so confused and annoyed at this process. Why have a 2-3 standard delivery on your site when it is taking you over a week to even approve an order?
