samsung canada gift card theme

I'd like to gift a theme to another Note 8 user. Any idea how or to get a gift card? Everything I see online is US only.

Samsung US states Samsung Pay should have a gift card viewing options but here in Canada that doesn't exist. Is this a bug or a limitation?

Yes, unfortunately Samsung gift cards are US-only at the moment. I don't have any information regarding future plans for that as of now, but I'll make a note of this as a community request!
