My Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will not allow me to use Samsung Pay, I'm in Australia, so not sure if there's a different list of compatible devices for AUS? Bought the phone here, so it's not an inter-regional issue. I try to open the app, and it says "Samsung Pay isn't supported on your phone" Any ideas why this is happening? I checked the software, definitely up to date, all other Samsung apps work fine, just not Samsung Pay... Help?

Unfortunately, that's not an Australian model, which is why you can't get it working.

That handset looks to be from New Zealand.

Edit: that's an NZ handset from phone company 2degrees.

As in, eBay? Kogan? Or actual Samsung Australia/Optus/Telstra/Vodafone?

Oh, from Kogan, but it was AUS stock, I've checked the model number & serial number & they're definitely Australian.

So if you go into Settings/About phone/Software Information and then scroll down, what does it show under Service Provider?
