I use swipe gesture for navigation on my s21u. Its great but sometimes the samsung pay shortcut disappears. I have been checking it for few days it comes and goes. I dont know whats causing this. So if anyone else have any ideas please let me know. And if I have to go back to us8ng navigation buttons then whats the benefit for introducing these if they cant be useful.
hello. that happens to me one time before.. my samsung pay app jusy needed an update. please try checking if there's update available then restart your phone. hope this one helps.
As mentioned by gokongming, please check and update the Samsung Pay app to the latest version.
Also, try to clear the cache and force stop the app.
Follow the below steps to clear the cache of the Samsung Pay App: Open Settings >> Apps >> Samsung Pay >> Storage >> Clear cache. To force stop the app: Open Settings >> Apps >> Samsung Pay >> Storage >> Force Stop.
Then try to reboot the device and check. Sometimes a simple reboot will fix the issues.
everything is updated now its working fine, but with the buttons on , you can use the shortcut from any page of home screen but with the gestures you have to be one the first page
