Hi! I have called both banks regarding my Samsung Pay issue. They have helped Reset or remove the previous cards on my other older phones. But, to no avail, I still can't add any cards to Samsung Pay.

Anyone face the same issue?

Hi, Mr Tan . Have u delete the card from ur old device and then reset your old Samsung Pay app?

I have checked that only my current device is registered with Samsung Pay. Previously there were 2 devices.

How to do that? With the bank? I did call the bank, and they told me it should be ok to try. Still didn't work.
