Anyone still using this? Lost level and lost points due to lockdown coz can't go out to do anything.

I contacted Samsung support chat last week and told me there'll be some announcement tat Samsung will help extend the expiry and do something about it to help. today I contacted again and told me there's nothing Samsung gonna be doing about it!

nope bro. You can use Boost via Samsung Pay, to pay your bill, online shopping, food, etc...

I know what u mean. the question I hv is what Samsung is doing to help when we can't go out and to maintain the level need to keep on using/paying but due to lock down can't. at least I expect Samsung to help extend or maintain the level and currently the point expiry also as usual. hence disappointed.
