Is there not any themes we can purchase in canada cause apparently my debit card is not supported for purchase cause it says not supported America

If possible, please try to add another card in Samsung pay and see if it works fine when you purchase the theme. If you are having the same issue, then that theme is not supported to purchase it in Canada.
