Samsung PayHaving owned iPhones for many years, and been accustomed to Apple Pay use at store checkouts. The one thing I was always thankful for was the audible ping on successful authentication. It was extremely helpful when in a noisy shop and also if I forgot my specs. I might add I am a senior citizen. Unfortunately I find that with Samsung wallet and also google wallet the only indication I have is a small tick on my screen ( with poor eyesight!!) See my dilemma? Any suggestions would be welcome. I have been using my phone for the past 6 months and well versed with the amount of control I have to make it mine. 👍

Samsung PayHi
Thanks for the reply. Since original posting I have reinstalled the OS on my Samsung S20 fe. Checked all settings and confirmed the sound settings and noted that the system sound was as you stated. I shopped yesterday used the the phone to pay and their was no sound on payment. My wife was with me and confirmed that she didn’t hear anything. The green tick was activated and that was all. Strange one. I have got used to the Samsung and otherwise happy with it except for this conundrum. Any other suggestion's ? Have searched on youtube but to no avail.

Samsung PayGo to Samsung Pay and Settings. Scroll down to Contact Us. Click on error report and fill in as much detail.
I suggest doing this soon (straightaway) after you've used Samsung Pay

Samsung PayI thought the sound is coming out of the card readers? My phone is always on silent when outside and I hear beep every time I pay using my phone (Samsung pay).

Samsung PayHi @bry-3, that's strange. In that case, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
