Does any one know why my credit card on my Samsung Pay in my Note 10 plus will not work on Suncorp terminals yet the physical card does. I keep getting declined on the terminal but only on Suncorp terminals. It is annoying. Can anyone help with this?

@JSDENT have you spoken to Suncorp about the issue?

You can also try sending an error report to Samsung from inside Samsung pay, via "Contact us" in Settings.
I recommend doing this as soon as the error occurs.

Oh great thank you I will try sending a report through Samsung pay. I did call Suncorp but they weren't very helpful

I wouldn't say it's a Samsung Pay issue.

The Note 10+ has NFC as well as MST, which means they can mimic the magnetic strip of older terminals. So I don't think it's a samsung pay issue (especially if your other cards still work).

I wonder if Suncorp has made changes to their end (eg, only allowing NFC and not MST).

Sending an error report to Samsung is still not a bad idea. I suggest sending one right after you've tried paying and it comes us as Declined.

Could you please refer to @ comment and let me know how it goes. 

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
