Are you trying to add card to SamsungPay or Google Pay? Make sure apps are not disabled in the settings and up to date or have all the necessary permissions to work. The card you adding will go through your card provider and request permissions. I am not sure what type of difficulty you are going to through, if you are still struggling please provide more information 🫡

Check for app updates in Samsung App Gallery (Galaxy Store). Restart your device if non of those works uninstall the app and reinstall the app again. The card is not expired right? And also make sure you are entering all the details correctly sometime we all do miss some infos rapidly.

Samsung Pay have a set up limit for 1 card, have you removed the card from previous phone? Or devices. Well if everything is okay and still not happening you can use Wallet by Google (Google Pay) until you find out the reason. Try a different card maybe? Probably you already have 🤗

Hey @RadheeshNicho

Other then what @Aliko recommended you do, I would  also suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,
