It was released today officially in galaxy store app. Smooth upgrade and Samsung pass auto merged with the new wallet app. So far no post upgrade issues encountered.
I believe Google do the same. I read the other day Google reasons for staggering the rollout for the latest Android Auto is they are able to then test a small sample group for issues in the real world prior to rolling it out to everyone else. It buys them time to fix any issues before the full rollout.
As a side note I have a S22 Ultra and I'm with Vodafone. Still no Samsung Wallet update for me (checked in Samsung Pay app, Galaxy Store & Google Play). I'm in Adelaide if that matters.
