Was your device purchased in the UK, and did you download Samsung Wallet from the Galaxy Store, or some other source?
In North America, Canada uses Postal Codes but the US uses Zip Codes, which is why I'm asking where you purchased the device & where you installed Samsung Wallet from..
On my Canadian devices, it only asks for the Postal Code, which is what we use her, so I'm wondering why it asked you for the Zip Code?
