When i receive redemption point voucher from Samsung, I was excited to know i could now get my long waited Anello lether bag. So, I placed an order with Anello-co Malaysia (https://anello-co.com/) on 18 September 2020 as I have a Samsung voucher that needs to be used by end of October 2020. Till today, 11 December 2020, the status of the order is still showing as "Processing". 

Actually, I trusted Samsung already have validate the genuineness of this company before enlisted them as seller. I have been in contact with their customer service via WhatApps ever since the 2nd weeks (30 September 2020) after placing the order and they only revert on 5 October 2020 stating this is a pre-order item and need 14 days. Next follow up on 20 October 2020, was told it's still awaiting Custom clearance. Even the lasted updates received on 30 November 2020 still kept telling me delayed due to custom. I requested for cancelation and full refund of RM189 but till today, there is still no response reply or answers from them.

Upon checking further on Google map, notice there have been feedbacks from various buyer who have experience the same thing over the length of last 2 years. Please be alert and do not place order with them.

If you see the attached, the e-voucher redemption is only valid on https//www.anello-co.com and their customer service kept delaying
