Samsung Rewards

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Mint 256GB on Thursday 29 February 2024, and the Estimated points earned were 833 Points.

Today, when I login to Samsung.com and visit the My Rewards webpage https://www.samsung.com/my/mypage/rewards/ , I observed that presently My Rewards Points are 0 P.  Whereas previously, there were 833 Points visible.

Why are my Rewards Points now 0 Points?

try email to their customer service, but be please be informed the reply takes a bit long. you need patience but if you can't wait, try call their hotline.

For me, the reward points appeared one week after I received my S24 Ultra. Just wait.

Points earned after purchase generally comes in between 30-60 days, but usually faster (around 2 weeks after order has been completed in system).

If there are any missing points or discrepancies, do reach out to our service personnel, you can access directly via the Members app under the support tab.
