Hi all. 1st of all. Im new to this. Would like to ask something regarding samsung reward point. If im recall correctly, you can get point by using samsung wallet/pay to pay. I been using for almost 2 month now tap to pay using samsung wallet and magicly enough my samsung reward point still at zero (0). No point at all. And if im trying to buy something at samsung shop app, i still eligible for point at the checkout menu. So does anyone know the reason? I chat customer service and they say my phone not malaysia set. Is it has to do with anything? My model number SM - F721U1 (zflip4). Thanks in advance. Hope someone willing to read all this. Thank you.
i think oversea set not include because i use two samsung phone 1 from malaysia and 1 from us model. and yes us model doesnt come with reward. for me idk others
