Samsung Rewards Since 15/7/2022 my case was yet to settle and now SAMSUNG require more time to investigate my issue. SAMSUNG should put the specific time when they able to settled this instead of leave me in a daze situation. Why a such a big company specialist in hi-tech environment like a Samsung cannot resolve this small issue within a week time frame? This shame a company promote a IA technology take a long time to settle this issue?
