Samsung Rewards
Hi everyone.
First of all Samsung Shop app seem to be very lagging into upgrading the item purchased delivery status and samsung staff mostly fail to update to give the final invoices which will given us the samsung reward points.
Second, who here has succesfully getting and used the birthday voucher before? As far as my experience, asked the socalled 24hours help chat, the staff there keep pointing away to the main inquiry and ask to send samsung an email. Has done it and not getting much respond back from the email address given.
Third, anyone having a problem with samsung membership tiers? Seem samsung apps or system seem not capturing any transaction or purchased done accordingly. Not sure if samsung prefer to hire more people to do the work manually but if yes, then most of those people in samsung that supposed to get it done is fail to as they supposed to do. When asked via email as per told by the the staff in apps help chat, untill today still no respond.
Last but not least, have anyone inquire anything with samsung helpline or help chat? It seem the staff who supposed to help to organised and try to advise us on our inquiry is more well trained to do sales instead. Every inquiry was not much attended to, just being put in circle and they will lead to another recomendation to introduce you for another purchase. Very well proactive in doing upselling and cross selling. well done Samsung 😆
but yet the real problem and inquiry still being put away

I just purchased item from the Samsung Shop app. Not even redirect to the e-wallet app properly and the point was not updated on my side.

Yea..i also buy some item few month back.1 item i had to complain and then only they call back for update from me to issue the invoice. Then another item still pending until now 😅

The app seems to be laggy unless you view it on desktop browser. And some voucher does not work on desktop while some other does not work on mobile. It's baffling 🤷
Even so, I would not call it useless since it does give me lower price than I can get anywhere else

Some times yes, but need to be in the loop and check with all platform for any valueable voucher.
And yet till now I have not received my birthday voucher as per their offer and promised.
Last week when query via their help chat, they promised to immediately give the voucher but until now i still find nothing in my account 🙄
